TikTok Upload Worker ("the Application") is an internal automation tool that enables authorized TikTok creator accounts to publish video content programmatically via the TikTok Content Posting API. By connecting your TikTok account to this Application, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Access to this Application is limited to individuals or entities that have been explicitly authorized by the Application operator. This is not a public-facing product. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
To use this Application, you must authorize it to act on behalf of your TikTok account via TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 authentication flow. By completing this authorization, you grant the Application permission to publish video content to your TikTok account as directed by you or your designated representative. You may revoke this access at any time through your TikTok account settings.
This Application may only be used to publish content that you own or have the legal right to distribute. You agree not to use this Application to post content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, or any applicable laws or regulations.
The Application accesses the following TikTok data scopes:
video.publish — used to publish videos directly to your TikTok account.
user.info.basic — used to retrieve and display your TikTok username and profile avatar within the Application interface prior to posting, as required by TikTok's platform guidelines.
No TikTok account data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes. Data is accessed solely to perform the posting function described above.
This Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted service, and is not liable for any content published through the Application or for any issues arising from TikTok API downtime, rate limits, or policy changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Application operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this Application.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles.
